After having seen elogious report son viaddress, I decided to use them to ship goods to Switzerland.
Some goods were send to my "personal US Address" last week. Everything was delivered. Since then no way to have contact with viaddress either by phone or mail. They are real Swindlers. Do not trust all the positive reports. They are fake.

So I know this complaint will be commented on with some threat from Sarah Van Dyke, supposedly the head of PR for viaddress, and all the viaddress drones will post saying "oh this is such a good service, this user is a liar" but I want to bring to attention the absolutely unethical business practices of this company. Note I am in the US and am not a competitor-- I have been so put off by this company's behaviour that I am going to do everything in my power to bring it to everyone's attention.

First, this company was paying people $10 to write 25 reviews of it. There was a website; that website just happened to disappear once it started to get posted in various places!!! Now what are the chances?!? The website not only offered to pay people to write positive reviews (regardless of whether they actually used the service), but it also told them exactly what to say. That's why almost every review for this scum company is exactly the same. Still, there are viaddress drones going on to websites and writing five-star reviews-- check most any review website, there will be hundreds of five-star reviews, almost all worded exactly the same, even when big companies only have one or two dozen reviews. They must think people are stupid to fall for this! Then, whenever somebody posts a real review that is less than flattering, they mark it as "unhelpful" or a negative review. What is this, third grade?!? Where we have to do such immature things?!? I would expect such behaviour from ten-year-olds, not businesses.
Then they threaten people that anybody who writes negative reviews of them will be pursued under the Information Technology Act. Problem-- NO SUCH THING!!! They are simply trying to scare people into silence. Even if there was such an act, last I checked this is a free country, and if somebody has a bad experience with a company they are free to post about it online. What type of company thinks they can threaten people into submission?!? Just check the other complaints about this scum website on this website, the supposed PR person does this to the posters! Maybe they should relocate their company to North Korea, then maybe they can have the despotic control they want. Until then though their threats show they are scared of the truth of their company coming out.
Then, in an attempt to bolster their own company, they post tracking numbers of their customers' packages on public forums. These tracking numbers show the destination city and signature. This is a gross violation of privacy rights. They also used to have a proxy IP address to block their information, until this too was pointed out.
Another issue is that many of their graphics were stolen directly from the borderlinx.com website. When this was pointed out their website was redesigned, and I think most if not all of the stolen graphics have been removed from their website. Again, must be magic. Or, a company that has been caught and is now running scared.

So to recap: viaddress is a company that pays people to write positive reviews of their company and negative reviews of their competition, they threaten anybody that points out what they do, and then tries to cover it all up as if nothing happened (see removed website paying people to write positive reviews, unhiding their IP, removing the stolen graphics from their website). Even if they were legitimate, would anybody really want to deal with such a dishonest company?

And oh, to Ms Van Dyke and all other viaddress drones who will undoubtedly try to make up excuses-- any drone response will only make me more angry, so for every ridiculous response you post trying to bolster viaddress's service will be countered by two more posts by me on other websites exposing what you are doing.
